eWaste and Covered Electronic Device Recycling Take-Back Program Summary

Thank you for purchasing a Planar display product. As a convenience to our customers and in accordance to guidelines in many US states, we offer selected take-back or recycling programs for products that are at the end of their service life. Read more about our environmental initiatives.

Remote Recycling – Take-Back Programs

Customers in Hawaii, Maryland, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and municipalities not specifically mentioned above can use our take-back program by completing the form below. You can recycle your LCD monitor and other products at no charge to you.

Upon completion of the form, you will be sent an eWaste return authorization number (eWasteRMA) via email. Please pack up your display products for shipment, along with a hard copy of the email you receive including your eWaste RMA number and a copy of your original proof of purchase, indicating the state in which the purchase was made (if available, but not required), and return to Planar Systems. The address to which you ship the goods will be provided in the email you receive and will depend on where you are located.
